I’m excited to share that I am building a growing library of FREE, evidence-informed and tried-and-true resources for parents, teachers, 

and fellow occupational therapists. Through my YouTube channel, I provide short, practical, follow-along videos designed to support:

• Sensory regulation breaks 
• Vestibular and proprioceptive integration 
• Bilateral coordination activities 
• Reflex integration exercises 
• Ocular motor prep for reading and writing 
• Movement sequences to improve attention and classroom readiness
   

These videos are created from 20+ years of my personal pediatric OT experience and are designed to be simple, structured, and effective. 

Many can be completed in just 3–7 minutes, making them ideal for classroom brain breaks, therapy sessions, or home routines.
